Keep stairwell doors locked and closed after use. Use the provided pin code to access these areas and avoid running or loud noises.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not allowed in common areas like the lobby, parking lot, pool, and walkways. You can smoke inside your unit if the owner allows it.
The Florida Fire Prevention Code (FFPC) prohibits the use and storage of flammable fuel sources (gasoline, propane, lighter fluid, charcoal/wood/pellet grills) on balconies or under overhangs. No open flame grills are permitted on Canaveral Towers premises.
Use designated boardwalks to access the beach and avoid trampling on sand dunes. Pick up and remove all trash. No dogs allowed on the beach.
Only dogs, cats, or birds are allowed, limited to two per unit only if preapproved by Owner. Pets must be 30 pounds or less, on a leash, and owners must only use the pet relief areas outside of our property fence (sidewalk areas on Tyler and Polk Avenues). Owners must clean up after their pets.
Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard. Follow posted rules, supervise children under 12, and no glass or food are allowed in the pool area. Proper swim attire is required. Do not remove pool furniture from the pool.
No jumping or playing in elevators which will likely cause the elevator to go out of service. Use the emergency button if needed and be patient for assistance.
Do not use balconies and walkways for storage. No draping items like towels from railings or feeding birds from your balcony.
Use the bicycle stand near the pool house and please walk your bicycle to the street before riding.
During turtle season (May through October), close blinds after sundown to prevent attracting turtles to artificial light.
